This policy covers digisize.com and the enquiries you send through it. We collect as little as we can, we never sell personal data, and we only use analytics cookies if you accept them.
01Who we are
This website is run by Digisize Ireland Limited, registered in Ireland, company number 797374, at Arclabs Research & Innovation Centre, Carriganore, Waterford, Ireland. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

02When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form on our contact page asks for:
- the role you need filled, and any notes you add
- your name, work email and company
When you send it, the form also records the page you sent it from, the page that brought you to our site, any campaign tags in the web address, and the time. We do not record your IP address with your enquiry.
We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss the role with you. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. We do not add you to a mailing list.
03Business development and outreach
We may use professional contact information, such as your name, job title, company and business contact details, to contact you about Digisize services that we believe may be relevant to your organization.
We may obtain this information from publicly available professional or business sources, from third-party business information providers, or from service providers acting on our behalf.
We use this information for business development and direct outreach. Where applicable, our legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in promoting and developing our services. Where consent is required under applicable electronic marketing laws, we will obtain it before sending marketing communications.
We may use specialist service providers to support our business development and outreach activities. These providers process personal data on our behalf and under our instructions.
If you do not wish to receive further marketing communications from us, you can use the opt-out option provided in our communications or contact us at privacy@digisize.com.
04Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site, for example which pages are read and which buttons are used, so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies.
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is stored for analytics until you choose Accept. If you reject, Google Analytics may still receive basic signals that do not use cookies and cannot identify you, such as that a page was viewed.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets these cookies:
- _ga: tells visits apart. Kept for up to 2 years.
- _ga_KN8NN9KHH8: keeps track of your current visit. Kept for up to 2 years.
We also store one setting in your browser, ds_consent, so we remember your choice. It stays until you clear your browser data.
Google Tag Manager loads these tools. It does not set cookies of its own. Our legal basis for analytics is your consent, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the choice back on your next visit, or by emailing privacy@digisize.com.
05Services that help run this site
These providers process personal data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
- Formspree delivers enquiries from our form to us. It may process your IP address to protect the form against spam.
- Netlify hosts the website. Like any web host, it keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as described in section 04, and serves the fonts this site uses. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
Links to LinkedIn, for example on our team profiles, only share anything with LinkedIn if you click them. LinkedIn's own privacy policy then applies.
We do not sell personal data, and we only share it with others where the law requires it.
06Data outside the EEA
Some of the providers above may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Our team works from Ireland, Kosovo and the United States, so colleagues outside the EEA may read your enquiry to reply to it. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, when our contract terms apply.
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: until you clear your browser data or change it.
08Your rights
Under data protection law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it
- send it to you or another organisation in a portable format
Where we rely on your consent, as with analytics, you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. To use any other right, email privacy@digisize.com. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at www.dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
