Tell us the role you are finding hardest to fill.

A short conversation is enough to know whether the model fits. No deck, no sales call, and no NDA needed for the first pass.

Examples

Half an hour is usually enough to work out what the role has to own.

After you send it

What happens next.

The first three of our five stages. Nothing is signed until you have met the specialist and said yes.

  • Define

A half-hour call to work out what the role has to own and what clock you are on. We write that up as a one-page brief.

  • Match

One named specialist from the network, not a shortlist. The start date comes later, once your own contracting and onboarding are done.

  • Interview

You meet the person and make your own decision. Nothing is signed until you are happy. If it is a no, we go again.

Questions

What people ask us first.

Start a conversation
01Do you take over the project?

No. The specialist works inside your team, in your tools and under your direction, while we carry the employment and you keep the work.

02How quickly can someone start?

We usually name a specialist within 72 hours of an agreed scope. That is 72 hours to a name, not to a start date: your own contracting, security review and onboarding set when they begin.

03Who employs the specialist?

We do. Payroll, compliance and continuity sit with us for as long as the placement runs.

04What if the first person is not right?

You meet them and decide, and nothing is signed until you are happy. If it is a no, we go again.
