The group

One group, three lines of business.

Digisize started as a talent business and that is still the great majority of what we do. Two smaller lines sit alongside it, and both exist because of the same thing: we have a network of senior technical people and an operating business that knows how to put them to work.

01

Digisize Talent

Senior digital, AI and security specialists, matched one at a time and embedded into client delivery teams.

  • Life sciences
  • Technology and software
  • Managed services and IT
  • Professional services
  • One specialist
  • A cross-functional team
  • Senior technical leadership
  • Embedded in your team

One requirement produces one named specialist. The client keeps direction of the work, in their tools and on their priorities. We carry the employment, the payroll, the compliance and the continuity for as long as the placement runs, and we replace the person if it does not work out.

It is the core of the business and everything else on this site describes it.

02

Digisize Capital

We back early-stage technology companies, and we build with them rather than only writing a check.

Most investors can offer a founder money and advice. Fewer can offer engineers, testers, analysts and delivery leadership on the Monday after the investment closes. That is the part we are useful at, because it is what the rest of the group does every day.

The pattern is consistent. We take a position in a small number of early-stage business software companies, we supply capability from our own network at the point it is needed, and in some cases we take an operating role alongside the investment. We are close enough to the build to be useful and far enough from it that the founders still run their company.

It exists for two reasons. It keeps us in contact with the delivery problems our clients are living through, at the stage where those problems are hardest and least disguised. And a business that places senior technical people should be able to demonstrate it can use them.

What Capital is not

It is not a fund and it does not take outside money. It is not a service any client buys, and it is not connected to any client engagement. It is a small part of the group, not a third of it.

03

Digisize Shared Services

A defined piece of work, delivered to a defined result, when what you want is the outcome, not the person.

Talent places an individual inside your team and you direct them. Shared Services is the other shape: you describe an outcome, we scope it, and a Digisize team delivers it under our management. Same network, same screening, same people. A different commercial arrangement.

It suits work that is well bounded and that somebody has to own end to end. Migrations, validation and documentation packages, test automation build-outs, data and reporting work, and the kind of program that needs a team for four months, not a person for two years.

How it works commercially

Scoped and priced per piece of work, not per day. Every engagement starts with a short scoping conversation, because an outcome nobody has defined precisely cannot be delivered or priced.

Which one you need

Talent or Shared Services?

If you know what the person has to do every day, that is Talent. If you know what has to be true at the end and would rather not manage the route to it, that is Shared Services.

Talent

If you know what the person has to do every day.

  • One specialist inside your team, under your direction
  • In your tools, on your priorities, in your stand-up
  • Employment, payroll, compliance and continuity carried by us
  • Billed monthly for as long as the placement runs
Shared Services

If you know what has to be true at the end.

  • You describe the outcome and we scope it
  • A Digisize team delivers it under our management
  • The same network and the same screening
  • Scoped and priced per piece of work, after a scoping conversation
