Our story

How it started

Patrick O'Callaghan and Ronan Tierney co-founded Digisize to give organizations fast access to proven specialists across data, cybersecurity, AI and project management, embedded directly within their teams.

Patrick came to it from a career in enterprise cybersecurity and from founding Kontex, which Ekco acquired in 2022. Ronan brought more than 20 years of international experience across data, machine learning, AI engineering, platform development and security-critical environments, in Ireland, Australia, Singapore and Spain.

They share one approach: pick the right person, get them in quickly, and make sure they deliver.

Today Digisize works from Ireland, Kosovo, Brazil and South Africa, with a growing presence in the United States and a leadership team across delivery, operations, automation and client development.

Patrick co-founded Digisize to give organizations fast access to proven specialists across data, cybersecurity, AI and project management, embedded directly within their teams. He leads the company's strategy and growth across Ireland and Kosovo. Before Digisize, Patrick founded Kontex, which was acquired by Ekco in 2022, following a career in enterprise cybersecurity and working with large organizations to protect and operate critical systems. That mix of technical depth and founder experience shapes how Digisize works: pick the right person, get them in quickly, and make sure they deliver. He is also an active angel investor in early-stage technology companies.

Ronan is the Co-founder and Chief Talent Officer of Digisize, bringing more than 20 years of international experience across data, machine learning, AI engineering, platform development and security-critical environments. Having worked across Ireland, Australia, Singapore and Spain, and now based in Kosovo, he focuses on helping organizations access the specialist capability they need for time-critical initiatives and niche skill gaps. His approach is simple: identify the right specialist, embed them quickly and give them the time and environment to deliver meaningful results.

Brian leads Digisize's U.S. expansion, focused on building the company's commercial presence and growing its footprint across the U.S. market. He works with business and technology leaders while bringing U.S. market insight, relationships and opportunities into Digisize. His work spans U.S. market strategy, client relationships, commercial growth and identifying new opportunities for Digisize in the U.S.
